How does one get the "ＥＮＤＩ silent, like the night" achievement?

I tried surviving a Wave Based round, but did not get the achievement.
This discussion is a little old, but does anyone know how to get it?

I somehow didn't get it after killing 600 dino's, but after killing 1 boss I got the achievement...
