Help! Level 5 Card (spoilers?)

Hi, Im at the point in the game where the girl over the phone is "thinking of a way to get me inside the vault." Every door that I find is locked via a level 5 card and the only ones ive seen were through the window of the security room. I also saw a vent in the back of the room but couldnt find another vent to use to get inside. It got to the point where I was questioning if I really needed it and ended up going to the vault and executing all of the guards there. SteamVR then crashed so im stopping for the night (hopefully it saved me killing all the guards to the vault!) but so far to get these cards ive
1. scanned through all the cubicles
2. killed all the guards in the vicinity
3. Tried to convince the guard watching the cameras in "Security" to open the door via alerting him. After him trying to open the door but failing I killed him via an exploit I found that I will post below.
4. Killed every single guard in the path to the vault.
I would really appreciate a hint or two in the way of leading me in the right direction.

Exploit I Found :
you can pull stuff out of your inventory even if its sticking through a wall. Stick one hand through the window/wall, put other hand on window/wall, and open inventory. Then just grab what you need and you now have it through the wall.

I cannot remember the name of the room right now, but it's primarily red. There's two guards in there, one of which is stationary. It should be to the left of the security room, just past the friendly robot. Immediately through the right doorway, I believe there is a closet. If you look around there, there should be a vent in the wall. From there, it's up to you to explore, but hopefully that's enough to get you started.

Find a fix to this? I have the same issue.... all the doors in the 'red' room are locked with keycard 5, which I can't get..until I get card 7

Ok I've found the issue... she never calls me back with the new pager code... is there something that must be done for that..?

Figured it out - you have to find a way into the security area... it's... not easy.. but possible (vents)
