Head to the entrance and the right edge of the bookcase, you should be able to see a small gap between the bookcases and secret room. If you aim correctly, you can bounce a teleport into that room.
If you stand at the fax machine and look up at the vents above the bookshelf, you'll see a switch that's turned off. To turn it on, go back up through the vents to get to ADAM, but on the way, there will be a vent that's bolted shut. Open that vent and you'll reach the switch.
the credits were glorious.
Which is that the game is too reliant on you noticing one particular thing in the right way, even though not much was communicated to the player about it. There's also an abundance of red-herrings - things that look like they should be relevant, but aren't, because there's only one way to do it. Give us multiple paths... or at least multiple clues to the one path.
For the record, I glitched through the book case by room-scale moving through the gap on the right.
I was like... oh, I wonder if I can see any hidden switches by doing this hidden view... nope... nope... oh... wait, what's this, my vision is returning to me if I do... oh, I'm on the other side!
[1] Turn the switch on that is located above Rex's office (via the overhead area where the first door switch control box is, enter the screwed closed vent, and work your way in far enough to it)
[2] Pull the book on Rex's shelf
Budget cuts is a great game. Stop your complaining and duck more often. And consider using the [ spoiler ] feature in your public post.

Why does the wall indicate Winta is behind all of it, yet the ending doesn't speak to this point at all?
My only complaints (aside from a couple of crashes) are that I should be able to load up past areas to re-play them, and the teleporter should control where the player lands. Not control where the center of the play space lands.
Way too often I shoot it and land inside a wall. That's just confusing, especially when in the heat of the battle.
