Stuck at Popocity

After fighting Breevis, I was able to reach 100,000 credits. Instead of going right where the drill hall was, I went left to Aquahenk's observatory. I saved there and I now have no way of getting back up because all trams are disabled because of the 100,000 credit mark. I have made it up on the bridge but the path across on the top to go further into Popocity is disabled and stuck at the bottom, next to Aquahenk's observatory entrance. Would I have to restart my game to get past this?

go to the far right of popcity, keep going right until you cant go right nomore. to the right of the dekster radio, is a unnel, just go there. you're fine.
( by that i mean, oin ground level.go to central, and just keep going right from there )

I can't go further right because there's no path. If I go right from where I'm standing, I'll just fall in that big gap and down to where the Tram is disabled.

Nevermind, I found the solution. The tram track was stuck at the bottom for some reason because it was disabled but loading my save brought it back to the top. When I saved before the tram track was at the bottom but it still brought it up. Thanks for replying anyways!
