Single player?

So is there a proper single player as of now since the multiplayer doesnt seem alive. Even with people who could play the alpha for some time now, there is peak player of 1 for months now. Its released and not even one single player is online. There is not really any marketing and the Discussion here on steam is like dead when many other games have plenty more even before release.

I hope it grows big, but if this is just multiplayer without proper AL to play alone, then there is no reason to buy it yet..

There is a practice mode (AI) available

How is this mode? Like a 1v1 against the AL? Like Tutorial missions "Click M1 to shot, move with your mouse etc"? Just me with a ball on the field and i can do what i want (No AL)? Is it like a real match?

Like a real match against AI. Single player is next priority for release, alongside custom keybinding. Modes are several league modes and challenges.

Also, if you're wanting a finished polished game, please hold out for our main release rather than spoiling you first impression. Right now we still have a chunk of things to implement, but we want to do it with community feedback.

I know what EA means. I have plenty of EA Games and support them actually. I just dont like the Idea of having Multiplayer only (Especially when it just has a very small playerbase). Even through i read that Single player is planned and the shopsite says so, i rather ask here again, just to be sure that i can actually play a match, even when no one is online to play with, before purchasing.
