weird pop up after taking a screenshot

Loving the program but past months after taking a screenshot it asks to Continue or exit, which makes taking screenshots take longer. the quick task menu, Can I disable it?

Open the main window or right click on the ShareX incon in your system tray, go to the "After capture tastks" menu and see if you have quick tasks menu or after capture tasks menu enabled.
