How do you record in-game sounds?

I'm confused. I can record the screen or take a screenshot but I can't capture the sounds in the game for some reason. Or maybe I'm just too dumb to figure it out.

Go under Task Settings, Screen Recorder, Screen Recorder options, then set the Audio source as "Stereo Mix."

i suggest msi afterburner to record games not sharex, because you have more control. sharex isnt rly for games

What if we don't have Stereo Mix as an option? I only have None, my Microphone, and virtual-audio-capturer.

Im having the same problem with this?

Two options, enable stereo mix in your recording devices settings in control panel.
Or, on the Screen Recording options menu, there's a button to install recorder devices.

This installs another application a part of sharex that allows audio recording and a paired screen recorder (don't mix them with others, the two new items should be used together if anything)
