Well, at least ShareX is actually secure. :)
So far, all I know is that puush can do nothing but upload files to its sever and its server only. ShareX, on the other hand, can spread file destinations out across multiple services depending on content, and you can specify workflows for pre/post-upload operations. Not only that, but also ShareX comes bundled with a whole bunch of interesting little tools[i.imgur.com] if you ever needed them.
Not quite sure what you mean about compression, honestly. ShareX uploads files as-is, the uploading services handle compression. If you upload to Imgur, you'll want to use an Imgur account if you're worried about compression; Imgur uses harsher compression for non-registered users than it does registered ones. But that's only for images.

Ohhh i see~ and i remember the Puush hack and i doubt its gonna happen again.
Anyways, its nice that you can edit stuff but i just want to upload pics online.
With compression i meant if it compresses the picture or not but because you're sending it to imgur i guess i should check there that. Puush has the option to compress or not pictures and i'm more fond of having my pics in native condition.

There are JPEG and GIF compression options
PNG retains the image as lossless

Although, with some fancy skills you could set up the image effects to somewhat reduce the quality of most images, but it's something I don't really touch myself
ShareX isn't hosted by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who let Russians hack their software. Also more screenshot options.

Oy mate, try and keep it civil. I love ShareX too, but OP is asking for facts, not radical views and snarky comments.

So with ShareX how can I get the option of the pic as an html or url, I think it's called? Since using ShareX, I've had to upload the picture to Photobucket to get a link of the pic that way. With Puush, could just capture the picture, click the notice that comes up and it brings it up as a web page. Please use simple terms, I'm not good with this stuff. :/

ShareX has post-upload settings. You will want to make sure the following option is selected for ShareX to automatically copy the URL of the uploaded image after it is done uploading.

(note: I'm not sure if all uploaders will return the image URL. However, I can confirm that Imgur works just fine, and is a viable image sharing solution.)

edit: If ShareX doesn't automatically upload, you should ensure this option is selected as well.

Clam, you haven't logged in to puu.sh within sharex?
This can be done with the destination settings
