GIF: Edit and Quality

I'm coming from another software, and wanted to try this instead.
Which leaves me to have two questions:
1) Is it possible to edit the GIF? I find it extremely useful to view the recording and removing frames that isn't needed.
I hope this is possible, and can be done locally
2) Change quality, I can see my GIF recordings in this are about 8 times larger. Is it possible to lower the quality?

ShareX is not a video editing software, recording is rudimentary.
GIFs are recorded as video and then converted to GIF with ffmpeg. You can see some Video/GIF options in Task settings - Screen recorder. Changing GIF fps could help a bit.

I created a gif image that last for 20s and the size was 93.7MB, that is way to heavy!

I'm looking to replace Goplay editor since I'm out of options. And back then that program would record videos and export as gif keeping affordable size to upload in here. Will i be capable to proceed? Or ShareX export cannot be adjusted. I also use Gimp for edit or build gifs. What if I export the recorded video as image sequencer? Is it possible?

Very disappointing. 30 seconds and is taking 1.93 gb the gif format of 720p resolution gameplay.
