how do you know devices were installed correctly?
we can't really support this issue because both ffmpeg and recorder devices are third party tools that happen to work.
my copy of sharex is running from 4tb external ssd on a windows 10, x86. as far as i can tell, the installer isn't putting any new .dlls in my sharex directory or my C:/ drive

manually install screen capture recorder from github will add screen-capture-recorder option on sharex video source and virtual-audio-capturer on audio source
