i can capture quick videos easily?

AFIK there is no max resolution or size.
ShareX has a lot of uploaders to choose from and size limitations are only implied by particular uploader.

I'm thinking of doing let's plays, would this program be good for that (say episodes of said let's plays are about 10-15 minutes long each episode)?

No, it's not that good for game capture generally.

No way, use your graphics card app for that (Nvidia ShadowPlay / Radeon ReLive)

if you're doing long videos like L1Q said use shadow play. You can upload directly to youtube. If you need to edit them you can use your favorite editor before hand. Out of all the screen recording option i've used shadow play has best quality. If you need more features than just the video like webcam or different scenes then i would use OBS or Xsplit.
ShareX could probably do it but IMO where sharex shines is capturing short videos and uploading in one click or screenshot capturing and uploading in 1 click.
