please help me to return the keyboard shortcut in the sharex program. all my life I had a combination of alt + space to make the selected area, but something went wrong and the program no longer allows me to put this combination 😢

I had no problem creating alt + space hotkey just now in ShareX 15.0.
Maybe some other app has taken that hotkey on your computer?
