Report a translation problem
I've tried to figure it out, but it's certainly random now. I've had it say so after running for a minute and I've had an hour and a half not give me a "too large" error. I've looked through settings and there is just no reasoning. I was using it for months without problems and then they ran an update and it's broke. It's like someone paid them to break ShareX.

Run as admin

Go to task setting in Sharex, screen recorder, screen recording options

Change FFMpeg path to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Screen Capturer Recorder\configuration_setup_utility\vendor\ffmpeg\bin\ffmpeg.exe" (this is my location, yours may be different if you installed to a diff location or on 32 bit pc)

Make sure your audio source is set to your stereo mix, not the newly created one from steps 1and2
