Creepy glitch??

I had just started a multiplayer server. I had made it 4 players and chose gm_construct and when I was looking at the loading bar when it was about to finish it said "F Y O" and then it put in the game. I thought it was just a glitch but when I looked at my weapons they were all black, and also was the zombies
