i cant pick up ragdolls with my phys gun hoe to fix?

i recently started to play Gmod and i cant pick up ragdols any idea on how to fix?

Make sure you have 'Allow Physics Gun to pick up NPCs/Ragdolls' enabled in the sandbox settings. If you're on a server, the server might have it disabled. You can also try typing physgun_pickup_ragdolls 1 in the console.
