What do people even do in gmod nowadays?

I've played 8000 in this game, i have played tons of darkrp, from basic downtown v4c to icefuse to monolith rp styles, to serious military/starwars/hl2 rp, back then when gmod racers and basewars and flood were new it was the best. Nowadays, i don't even know what to play in gmod. What's your thoughts, what can you suggest? Sandbox is also something i've done enough, physgun_wheelspeed 20000 and prop killing, building difficult things with acf, wire, e2, or just building ♥♥♥♥♥, i've had enough. What now?

Lol, you might have exhausted everything to do in the game. I feel the same way I only play every now and then with friends but its boring. 2010's gmod was a lot better then now. Maybe when the new gmod comes out it'll be more fresh. The homigrad gamemode was fun for a bit maybe try that

i'm an outlier here. i play quite a few of workshop gamemodes so maybe y'all can hit me up to play them. i even made a group dedicated to GMod gamemodes (totally not sponsoring it lmao).

idk about y'all, but all I need for a good time is the TARDIS mod, the AVGN SWEP, the Nyan Gun, vfire, a lab, and some NPCs to torture. This was my second-ever steam game, and I don't think I'm capable of getting sick of it :p

nostalgia goggles mayn we have the best mods out for the game we have ever had from amazing gun mods, blood mods, to ragdoll physics and maps as well as graphical enhancements that are possible, and drones and bombs and smarter npcs, we never had any of this in the early 2010s, ever and a lot of it i didnt even think was going to be possible
