Water overlay bugging out.

The screenshot above is how my visibility is when I go underwater and I've no idea whats causing it.

I've tried verifying game cache. Disabling my addons one at a time. Reinstalling the entire game after deleting the folder.

No idea what is causing it or how to fix it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. <3

it may be simpler than it seems... goto overlays and click the water overlay. set the thing to what looks the best and keep it enabled. go underwater with it on and walk out onto land. disable the overlay and walk back in the water. it should be fixed but before walking back in i recomend reloading the map.

then lower the value to like 0.01 or something, disable it then walk into the water.

Strange... I even can't see water overlay when i go underwater tho. (Oh i found solution of fixing that bug that i got... mat_wateroverlaysize 128)

it could be an addon doing this or a broken map, make sure you diable all your addons and load gm_construct. reload the game for saftey measures and try going underwater again, if this keeps happening even after all that you may need to validate your game files or factory reset gmod in the properties > Files
