Report a translation problem
You go to the Workshop to find them and download them. Be sure to filter it by maps over on the far right side with the bunch of checkmark boxes.
Alternatively, you can search for a map with the search bar, if the map exists.
after they download, you'll hit "Singeplayer Game" and browse the maps list. Some maps are categorized into different tabs. Some have preview images, some don't.
DO NOTE:
Some maps require content from other Source Engine games like CounterStrike: Source, Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, etc. Most maps usually have a description saying if they need other games for it to work properly. You could still play the maps without the games installed, but you'll get a bunch of missing textures and error signs scattered around the map.
