Aiming stance/mode for hl2 weapons

You know how for MW weapons, RMB allows you to like aim? Yeah that's what I want to Hl2 weapons for like an immersive experience.

Anyone else want that?

i dont remember hl2 mmod having that? what exactly does "ironsights" mean in this situation?

if you dont want a reskin, and no its not a replacement for the hl2 weapons, its in the "Other" tab
