Whats The Purpose Of Chromebooks?

Ive recently downloaded garry's mod on my chromebook, i tried launching it, crashed automatically. Seriously, chromebooks really suck, even if you tried working on it wouldnt even work. Can someone try and help me and get it to launch?

You can play Gmod, you need a lot of ram if you want it to run smoothly, you need to enable Dev mode and get Linux beta on your Chromebook, there's tutorials on YouTube but it takes a lot of work. If I were you I'd try team fortress 2 and see how it runs before buying anything game related and then refunding GMOD.
