Do you guys know if the virus is patched, I'm scared to launch the game

(Yes I am talking about the weird "take your meds and go to bed one"

I know which one your talking about, I was worried I was gonna get jumpscared by it too when I loaded the game. But the "take your meds" screamer only came up in like two small mods and one of them was a map. (I forgot the name, It was some map about a small house starting with a J, Ill try and find it). From what I've heard it's completely gone now, the mods with the screamer that would play are gone from the workshop and people have posted new versions without It.

Also, The "take your meds and go to bed" image screamer that would pop up is not a virus that would hack your computer. It was just a file that would stick a dark picture on your screen and blast a very very loud noise over and over again. Even If you did encounter It you wouldn't have to worry about your computer getting hurt, since this is not a actual virus but Just some stupid jumpscare screamer thats gone now. The screamer was designed to play the noise and the picture whenever you first moved loading into a server (A,S,W,D keys). If you pressed any of these keys and you didn't get jumpscared you would be fine.

I'll come back If I find the house mod that had the screamer but like I said I'm pretty sure the original one was taken down since It had the screamer. But I can tell you your definitely safe to play the game now. Hope this helps and you can go back to having fun in GMOD. Sorry If i made any spelling errors.
