There are two different safe versions of the original map that caused the screamer (not a virus :I), I couldn't find the original one, so it prob got hidden or deleted by reports idfk, just don't sub to zero star addons and you'll be fine.
In short, the 'virus' is a script in the original gm_joeynshouse map addon (now removed, safe versions of the addon exist as mentioned above). This is known as a Screamer since it displays a creepy image on the screen along with playing loud noises. This one in particular also makes the player say "TAKE MY MEDS" in the chat.
It's just a malicious script in an addon, not a virus. People on the GMod forums / workshop (especially younger audiences) love to blow this out of proportion.
Lots of this stigma comes from the Infamous Glue Library incident where an addon framework called Glue Lib was updated to include a very disturbing image when players pressed W. This library was used to help make other addons, hence why it was dubbed a virus when in reality it only affected addons that utilized the library. It did however have an effect on the workshop, seeing as people were inspired by the incident to make their own screamers in addons such as the trollge playermodel.
Hope that clears it up for you.
