i mean, its June, and the weird gmod stuff happens every year.

It is relatively safe, there have only been like 1 or 2 addons that were infected with a silly and annoying screamer. But it's June 8th now, so it's a bit late to the party for any other screamers I would assume.

Its safe to play gmod just dont download random addons that are not good rated and check comments of addon -KargoBoss
