why is gmod so expensive?

so gmod is 10 dollars witch is a big steal for how mutch mods you have to download to make the game alot of fun wich for someone like me is a problem i barely have money and i cannot get to 10 bucks so they need to make it free again it was already free but making a game more expensive is just not a good thing to do

gmod was never free, it always required you to buy half-life 2 to play or else it wouldn't function, until it was brought onto steam where it's now it's own standalone game.

step 1: search up gmod free
Step 2: download any files that have gmod
step 3: Enjoy your new virus :D

dawg i got like more than half of the games i have gifted to me i bought like 2 myself also i do work but im underpaid for some reason, even when i ask for a raise they dont agree, so 10 dollars is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ton for me
