random default character

So i booted up the game like 10 minutes ago, loaded into a map and everything was fine, and i pressed F1 and im met with a default character on my screen in black and white and it's screaming "TAKE YOUR MEDS" and i have no absolute idea what is happening, and it's happening to my friends too. can SOMEONE explain???

i went through every single addon, removed and re installed them and its still happening

then idk try and disable all your addons and start a game and see if it still shows unless you did already then i have no clue
