Report a translation problem
2-Make sure you select the proper dxlevel (directx 9) while installing reshade.
3-If you're on x32 build, choose the gmod.exe inside the "Garry's Mod" folder.
If you're using x64 build, go to "Garry's Mod/bin" and select the gmodx64 exe in there.
4-Select your effects and continue.
Done!
However it cannot be saved to Steam. You can only share your reshade screenshots as artworks.
But source games does not sadly.
Tho, OP. You didn't mentioned if you were using x64 bit or not.
