reshade not working

i installed it the usual way, and even some other ways that other people suggested but it's a bummer that it doesn't work. i'm pretty sure i'm using the correct application, tho, it is kind of outdated so it might need to be updated. if anyone has a solution, please help me fix reshade.

1-First download the latest version of Reshade from Reshade's offical website.
2-Make sure you select the proper dxlevel (directx 9) while installing reshade.
3-If you're on x32 build, choose the gmod.exe inside the "Garry's Mod" folder.
If you're using x64 build, go to "Garry's Mod/bin" and select the gmodx64 exe in there.

4-Select your effects and continue.
Done!

i just got it working before the comment but thanks anyways. also, do you know how to like make the reshade apart of your screenshots besides doing win+alt+prtscr?

You can just take a screenshot. It will be saved to your game files.

However it cannot be saved to Steam. You can only share your reshade screenshots as artworks.

You can just take a screenshot. It will be saved to your game files.

However it cannot be saved to Steam. You can only share your reshade screenshots as artworks.

It works for my other games like gorebox and ready or not

It depends really, if a game supports it, it will work.
But source games does not sadly.

thanks. also, have you heard of the "Mingenet"? it's really off course but do you know how to access it or which mod because i'm really interested in it mainly from the gm_Construct 13 beta

Well yeah, I already said that in the first post.
Tho, OP. You didn't mentioned if you were using x64 bit or not.
