Need a media player mod that plays local MP4 files

Because I have lots of YouTube videos and movies I've downloaded locally (legally of course). My folks cut off the internet late at night, and sometimes I just want to furnish my house in Rp_EvoCity while The Fast and the Furious plays in the background.

i cant really give specifics, but you could probably combine media player and a localhost website to do that. visual studio code has a live server plugin, so you can use that with simple html code that loads a local mp4 file and then use the localhost address on media player.

mediaplayer might also just be able to load file paths in the url section idk

also yeh playx might have that feature
