phm, im not a ''skibidi toilet'' fan but im gonna help you, go to your garry's mod page in steam, click workshop and search up (the mod you want) and click the + symbol when you see the addon you want, open a game, look up for what mod did you want (example: i wanted a guns mod and i go to workshop, install it, open the game, click on weapons, done)
but never install suspect addons, they can be viruses to your computer
