About nostalgic feeling of Garry's Mod

I remember watching videos about Gmod when I was little and I didn't have my Steam account back then. I REALLY loved Gmod machinimas that are made on Gmod 10 and 13. Especially the ToyBox showcase, which was during GMod 10!

When I play Gmod, I feel like that its not the same without ToyBox, but at least Steam Workshop has some of ToyBox addons, as well some stuff that make GMod 13 into 10.

And there were lots of interesting ToyBox mods too.

Anyone had that nostalgic feeling while playing Garry's Mod?

I agree.
I kinda missed the opportunity to check out ToyBox in its original glory, because I didn't know much about Steam and Garry's Mod when GMod 10 was around.
I got into GMod when it was during the version 13 era.

i get a strange nostalgic feeling for gmod/hl2 i wasnt even born during that period and i never played any of those games until now, i bought gmod in 2022-2023 and it was amazing, but i get nostalgia for it even if i didnt play it back then. And the same thing happens with ww2, everytime i watch a ww2 documentary i get nostalgia for those times, some scientists think the reason that happens is because your great great grandfathers blood is inside you and so you might get litttle nostalgia for things you never saw or hear.
