Nextbots are way too much overrated.

Every time you look into workshop I bet you'll see these nextbots multiple times. People almost completely forgotten the true definition of nextbot which means of NPC's created in lua. Hundreds or even thousands of band kids let this crap roll around and make this bs of cheap moving 2d image a trend. Some f##king no-name roblox games like "Nico's nextbots" which is just copied parkour mod, gm_mallparking and all of this garbage into single game. By short, 2D nextbots are just garbage which just lives because of kids which I bet don't even have 10 years.

Where'd you even get that preposterous hypothesis about farming awards? I don't even have intentions to do this, I just want to say my opinion about that. Well, an other reminder for you, SniperCat, I don't need any fame, I just make addons without any intentions, people need it, they install, they don't need it, they ignore I'm not being this desperate to beg for awards and stuff by making mods. And we shall really quit arguing, as it makes no use, about Maxwell, if not the ones who use it in gmod, I would takedown this addon because it was completely ruined by these cringeous tiktok videos. Case closed, back to the main case.

Well, nextbots are things between scripted entity, NPC and player, either nextbots you usually make yourself, navmesh is just a thing that gives the nextbot "eyes" so it's able to move and etc. And there's no reason to be mad at how other people see nextbots. Either, I write nextbots myself, so I have a good reason to believe that nextbots are NPC's written in lua.

Nextbots are like apples falling off a tree. Sure, you can yell and groan about there no good apples in the floor anymore, or you can use your personal judgement and patience to sort out the ones you genuinely want, or find another place to get your food.

Sure, there may be countless 2D chasebots with low quality AI, but don't let those distract you from some truly technologically impressive pieces. Such as the most recent 3D Terminator nextbot, the lurking invisible nextbot that plays with your head, and the Terminus nextbot that has a whole range of tactics against its prey, and even gets "angry" when you successfully run away from it.
