Anyone else getting a jumpscare when they move?

i wanted to play gmod after awhile because the last time i played it was last month where i played it with my brother and his friend. After getting on to see some new addons i installed when i started to move i got a jumpscare on my screen. does anyone else have this problem?

I got an Adam Wesker jumpscare first, then one with a eyeless woman
I've read comments of other people with the same issue

This link leads to an infected addon, but luckily the author of the addon was banned and all his addons were removed from the gmod workshop. Just relax.

Uninstall any of the addons mentioned in this new June 3rd like incident then open the console after uninstalling those addons and type menu_cleanupgmas
