stuck on 'Starting lua'

Hi, when loading a singleplayer game, it always stops at 'Starting Lua' for no reason, I've restarted my PC atleast 5 times already, I've checked the integrity of the files, and yet nothing has helped. what do i do?

I have a heap of addons, so 'starting lua' can take a solid five minutes - if you do too, I'd suggest disabling them all and testing out a sandbox game, if it still doesn't load or you don't have any/many addons, your device might not meet minimum specs

If you subbed to the NPC spreader, unsub from it, game instantly loaded within two minutes lol.

I just turned off, and turned on all my addons and the problem immediately fixed itself
