how can you import your own sprays into gmod? (Solved)

In game go into options >> Multiplayer, and then click "Import Spray..." you should be able to choose a custom picture from your files. Resolution may not matter but square is recommended.

This video helped me out with making sprays on TF2. Even though this video was made for TF2 in mind, you can apply the same techniques to the Garry's Mod folders. Be sure to watch and listen carefully.

You're supposed to be able from there select any pictures you have. I think it defaults in the Gmod folder so just press the back arrow and find your pictures folder or wherever you store them.
