How do I make a custom map?

There was a video that said I can open properties on Gmod and make a map, although that option isn’t there, and there’s no way to make a map from within the game. Help would be appreciated! Thanks!

"This is not a powerful map making tool, nor comes close to what you can do with hammer. It doesn't attempt to either. It was just meant to quickly make a base or an arena in sandbox if you feel like it. If you want to make actual ".bsp" maps, this is not the tool for you. If you want to put together a quick symmetric map for you and your friends to have a shootout, or an RTS battle, then this tool may come in handy."

The only way is by running hammer editor, there is no way to map make within the game.

i created a map where it's gm_flatgrass but the entire map is inside out

The addons screenshots proves your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ trolling wrong. It's just an easier way to make dupes with props. That was copy and pasted from the addons description. Reported.

lol i dont know about you but i find using the tool very easy, i've spent ten thousand hours with it, i can make anything with it.
