how to restart every command i put on console?

i put some console commands to gain more fps now my game looks ♥♥♥♥,how do i turn them off?

Try to Factory Reset Garry's Mod by going to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod" and double clicking the file named "FactoryReset-GMod.bat". This will purge all your settings/keybinds and hopefully console commands.

if you can't stop it, the only thing you can really do is run the FactoryReset-GMod.bat. if that doesn't work, uninstall gmod and delete all files related to it, then reinstall it.
