[QUESTION] FPS Drops and Freezing Game
I'm playing in a community server with average 80 online.

I tried to play with all of the graphic settings like high-medium-low. But my game keeps freezing for 5 seconds or sometimes i'm having fps drops like 220 to 10 for 1 second.

I tried launch settings like -nojoy and something else (so many -commands i dont remember now).
I also tried to use v-sync or fps_max 60.

Nothing didn't fix my issue. Can anybody help me?

A friend of mine have a computer with lower system specs playing in high graphics but he has no fps drops or freezing issues.

SYSTEM:

16 GB Ram (2x8)
AMD RADEON RX 6650 XT
AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-Core Processor 3.50 GHz
And one SSD with 100 gb free space.

Verify Integrity of your local game files.

Right click Garry's Mod in your Library >> Properties >> Local Files >> Verify Integrity.
Sounds like something corrupted and this should repair the file(s).

If that does not work then do the following: Check your mods to make sure you don't have anything that would cause such an issue.

If you do not have a single mod that's being unstable/glitchy then try to Factory Reset Garry's Mod by going to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod" and double clicking the file named "FactoryReset-GMod.bat".

If you have went through all the steps above and the game is still acting up, try to fresh reinstall Garry's Mod. Uninstall Garry's mod via the steam library, go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common" and delete the "GarrysMod" folder. (Steam usually does not remove game files from this folder after said game(s) was uninstalled). and then reinstall Garry's Mod, wait for all your mods to download from the workshop after launching, test a map to see if the issue is somehow still present.
