i wan this gmod map

i saw beautiful O.B. playing on a city map that had a 7 11 in it and a neighborhood with nice houses that actually have basements, this map is in most of his videos and i really wanna know what the name is so i can subscribe to it, he is playing on this map in a video titled " my baby kicked me out of my house (g mod RP) (g mod game-play) " check out the video and see if you can find something, do any of you think you can help me find out what map this is, so far i haven't seen or heard anything about it when i search it up, so can someone please help me find this map.

it could be a private map someone made just for this youtuber but i dont see anyone making maps for videos like "my baby kicked me out of my house (g mod RP) (g mod game-play)"
