darkrp runs awful on my pc, help!

i have a pretty decent pc (specs: GTX 1650, 8GB RAM, i5 9300) and most guns run great on my rig!, but for some reason anytime i play a DarkRP server my fps goes below 60 and sometimes even 40. any help with resolving this issue would be appreciated. (ive already enabled multicore rendering)

This is similar for most servers with a lot of addons. No matter what kind of PC your using these servers will never run amazingly. The addons and maps are often completely unoptimised and therefore run awfully

The same reason people play badly optimised games like pubg, it’s fun

u said u had 1050ti minutes ago and now its 1650?
But anyway darkrp is unoptimized as heck even my rig with a 1660ti and i5 10400f gets 45 fps on these servers.

To fix this you can either type gmod_mcore_test 1 on console it gives you a really good fps boost went from 45 to 65 fps when i typed this when playing on heavy servers like these or you can do is lower the resolution to 720p that also helps.

for some reason enabling multi core rendering in options doesent work so have to do in console.
I tried enabling it in options and it gave very little performance but enabling it from console gave alot of fps/

Hmm thats weird when i type it in the console i get 20 to 30 fps difference
