GMOD Idea: Realistic Tactical Shooter Server

Military RP is not cutting it for me due to the excessive amount of rules, lack of fresh scenarios or content, and cookie cutter experience across all servers.

Some cannot afford a decent pc to run Tarkov or other tactical shooters.

So the Question is...

Has anyone heard of a server that does something similar to the video above, or is there plans to establish one? Maybe something along the lines of a TDM or Hostage rescue situation.
