Give Ammo to Friend in P2P (Command)

By activating "sv_cheats" I can give myself the max amount of ammo, but my friend cannot use that bc he is not the admin. Can I make him an admin as well? Or can I give him a very large amount of ammo somehow?
It would make everything so much easier, then we wouldn't have to search which weapon has which ammo, since we have a lot of weapon mods.

Thats a good idea, but is there any way to use a command to give someone a certain ammunition?

Why not spawn ammo or the weapon using the Tool Gun, it's not really giving a specific amount, but if you spawn enough it should last for quite a while.
