How do I make my mouth move from using in-game voice chat?

Does anyone know how to make other player's mouth's move when using voice chat in multiplayer? Isn't there some command for it?

I believe a characters mouth automatically moves in game when you use your mic in game

Yes unless you use a custom player model that isn't rigged for facial animation
