Nobody really knows who the first person to find it really is, I'm sure of that.
Most likely VALVE employees or garry Newman or the facepunch guys

Its obvious that the first to say the phrase were the Gmod devs, but Im sure the OP wants to know who first figured it out, which excludes the devs, because they knew from the start.

Basically, he wants to know who the first normal player was to legitimately find it out. (Possibly through luck?)

As far as I know, there are no clues within the game, and I dont know if Garry ever posted a hint anywhere else (twitter, facebook, any social media), so my guess is pure luck.

I've figured out more about the phrase "bloxwich" it's a town in England
(read here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloxwich) and FacePunch is a Brittish company according to their wikipedia (right here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Facepunch_Studios)

So could Bloxwich be where Facepunch studio has their main office? The wiki says they are seated in Walsall, England, and Bloxwich lies in Walsall.
