msi gt83vr 7RF titan SLI numpad?

for things like thrusters i need to use the number pad, but this specific computer has a numpad different from a traditional computer and works inconsistently. sometimes the button press works but only for a very short time, but sometimes it doesnt work at all. to whoever makes this, please fix this
