Weird Internet Lag

For the past few days I've been experiencing lag on any game I play. I will freeze in place for about 5 minutes but I can still see people doing things around me and talking and everything, I just cant move. It's really annoying and I don't know how to fix it considering I have 400 mb/s upload speed and 30 down. Can anyone help?

have you tried verifiying the game files or just turn it off and on again?
