It doesn't show you have Garry's Mod, there's no mouse by your name, exposed (?)

The Steam fourms for G-Mod, so long as you advertise in the gamemodes subfourm.

What do you mean forum provider? If you mean forums for your server, an easy one (personally I do not like) is Mistfourms.
If you have a web server then there's MyBB, FluxBB, PhpBB, Vanilla, Flarum, and a few others I don't know off the top of my head.
My personal favorite is MyBB but Vanilla & Flarum look very promising.
