How do i get rid of that ragdoll rub sound in garrys mod

you know that sound that sounds like friction and you also get it if you didnt weld something correctly it sounds like the ones in the start of the video not the smacking that friction sounding thing that you get when you rub a ragdoll against a wall or a floor https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XstjBn77NBE its real annoying and all i want is the smack sounds

I have NO PROBLEMS with this, and also have NO IDEA how to fix this.

Well if you don't like these scraping body sound, you can always replace it with mute audio file.

Open any audio program that allow you to create/edit WAV format. If not, get Wavosaur program. (Make sure it's 16bit, 44100hz, MONO)
These body sound are directly from:

Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\sound\physics\body
(If the folder doesn't exist in your directory, create one)

The "rubbing" sound you're hearing is;

body_medium_scrape_rough_loop1.wav
body_medium_scrape_smooth_loop1.wav

Create a wav format with a empty audio and replace them.

thank you very much. does this work for linux? and also i dont have a sound folder, even though on multiple occasions i reset my gmod folder
