a death sound remove addon?

when you get damaged by explosions you usually hear that beep sound, is there any way to remove it?

You mean that tinnitus effect? You can disable it by typing "dsp_off 1" in console command but it also disabled all sound effects like shockwave, echos, underwater, blurry sound, and etc.

This only works on singleplayer (w/o cheats) or multiplayer (sv_cheats enabled)

Or if you really want to disable that beeping sound after death entirely. You could try replacing it with the mute audio file. Download wavosaur or audacity (any free audio program) and create a empty audio file (8bit, MONO, 22050hz or 44100hz)
Open your folder and go to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\sound\HL1\fvox

If the folder does not exist, create one exactly where it directs to.
And place 2 empty sound file in WAV format:
beep
flatline

wait maybe you i didnt express myself properly, I dont actually meant the like beep when you die, but the beep when you get damaged by an explosion, the one that can sometimes make you deaf for a couple of seconds
