Is it normal to have high ping?
Whenever I join a server,I get 100-200 ping when it says 39 ping.Everything is not lagging though except dragging an object with a physgun.Is this normal?

Those servers could be hosted on GMC Hosting, they use AnyCast DDoS protection which displays a fake ping on the server list but when you join it shows the real one. They use that as a selling point. When you join a GMC server in London it routes you to Dallas, Texas.

Does this happen on all servers? If not, what servers?

I think it only happens in RP servers because Im playing Trouble In Terrorist Town and Im getting only 75-80 ping.
