Fellas. I have a question for ye. about "chromium" beta thing
I was checking some stuff with my Gmod and I noticed that I have access to 3 betas. I know what dev (googled it) and Pre-Relase one (duh) but chromium... I tried to search and only thing I found that gave me a clue was that it is considered better than Awesonium that is in use now. But I don't know ♥♥♥♥♥ about botch so someone can explain?

The game uses chromium instead of awesomium to render HTML objects.
Basically the stuff that powers your media players, main menus, and those generic copy-paste "MOTDs" every RP server annoys you with.

Chromium is pretty much better in every way, be it speed, stability, and security. Since its implementation is in beta, there can be a few bugs.

multi as in multiplayer or multicore? eh, either way it works fine. Been playing online with it myself.

although, chromium broke some addons though, so if you're an autistic ♥♥♥♥ like me who never plays multiplayer and have a tons of addons, i recommend to uninstall chromium

Pros: it's faster, safer, and supports more features.
Cons: to the best of my knowledge, it's only supported on Windows

The Chromium builds serve as a viable replacement for the default GMod Awesomium; especially since some addons were now considered broken thanks to Google deprecating/removing old video codecs that were used by older browser versions.

All chromium did was break my GMOD and plenty of others my newer addons don't work and I can't do anything but wait until they remove the update because of how broken and buggy it is. I think around 300 people have the same issue I do.
