I usually play Fullscreen, never tried Borderless Windowed.
I kept hearing that most games run better if played in Fullscreen, and I tried it. Surprisingly it did.

yes for me I play all time fullscreen there is no low fps the fps rest the same

Fullscreen gets you more FPS
